A Private, Professional and Relaxed Portrait Session
We operate out of our home studio in a very relaxed atmosphere. There are no lines or rushed sessions. All of our senior sessions begin with our indoor studio photo session and conclude with a short outdoor visit for a few poses in a natural environment. You will be photographed by a full-time, professional photographer and given the individual attention and respect you deserve as a customer and friend of DT Studios.
State of the Art Photography Equipment
We use the best equipment in the industry. No expense has been spared with our cameras, lenses and lighting equipment. Our customers deserve the highest quality we can possibly provide.
Professional Photo Retouching & Editing
All customer selected images undergo a detailed editing process. First, the image is cropped (for the best composition) and colors enhanced. Next, we remove all blemishes, stray hair and other undesirables (fuzz balls, pet hair etc.). We then gently soften and enhance the skin tones using special editing techniques that will present you to your family and friends in the best possible way. We use one of the best, high quality portrait processing labs in the Northeast USA to print your portraits.
A Selection of Photo Presentation Products
Some of our customers have requested the option of framing, albums or folios. If you would like your prints framed or presented in a special way, we now have a nice selection of options available to you.

Wonderful Portraits
We are determined to capture an image of you. Your eyes, your face, your personality. We want a portrait of you, as you are at this special time of your life. We use simple, un distracting backgrounds which are chosen to bring out your skin tones and compliment your clothing. Any props will be used sparingly, in a way that will not draw attention away from the subject.

We don’t use the “hard sell” approach like other studios. No paying for products you don’t want or need. You get exactly what you want, nothing more and nothing less.
Quick Questions & Answers
Q: How much will it cost and what’s included?
A: Our Family package costs around $200 for a nice selection of print sizes. You may decide you want to add more prints or fewer, that’s completely up to you. We can easily modify the package to meet your specific needs. Call and let us know how many in your family and what sort of photos you want and we will estimate the session and print cost in advance of making your appointment.
Q: What can I expect at our photo session?
A: DT Studios is run out of my home, located within the quiet village of North Syracuse. It is an extremely relaxed, comfortable and private atmosphere, away from people, traffic and parking hassles. Upon your arrival, we first have a quick sit-down to discuss your expectations and plan out the sitting. Then we get started with your session which includes a series of different settings, positions and angles, each outfit you have will take about 15-20 minutes to complete. At the end of your indoor session we’ll go outdoors to get a few shots in a more natural environment. Once we have finished your session, you can expect to see your portrait proofs within an hour or so. The link will be e-mailed to you so you can view and select the photos online in the privacy of your home.
Q: Are all photographers pretty much the same?
A: Absolutely not, but don’t take my word for it, see for yourself. Take a look at the portraits in our gallery, you can expect the same or even better results. We do our best to create a very “relaxed” atmosphere which helps us capture the real you. That’s one of the main factors in good portraiture and it makes a big difference in your final portraits. We are full time professional photographers with years of experience photographing people. We do not schedule more than 2 sessions per day and we never take a photo session lightly.
Q: Sounds great, what do I do next?
1.) Call (315) 452-1456 to schedule a date and time for your portrait session.
2.) Show up at our studio with the clothes (and props if desired) you would like to be photographed in, and a $100 pre-payment toward your photo session & subsequent print order (cash, check or money orders preferred, but credit cards can be accepted).
3.) Say Cheese, please allow approx. 15-20 minutes per outfit.
4.) Pick your favorites. Within a few hours, your portraits will be available for viewing online.
5.) Place your order when you are ready: Call or e-mail us with your portrait selections. Once your order has been placed, your photos will be edited, processed and printed. Once we receive the final payment for the balance, we ship them directly to you ASAP (usually within 1 week).
